You agree to use Nutriq only for lawful purposes and in a reasonable manner. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by introducing malware or automated scripts with abusive behavior.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Certain features of Nutriq may be offered on a paid subscription basis. When you subscribe, you authorize our payment processor (such as Lemon Squeezy or similar providers) to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.
• Subscription terms (such as price, billing period, trial periods, and cancellation rules) are presented at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time.
• Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can usually cancel through your account settings or the store where you purchased the subscription.

4. Health and Nutrition Disclaimer

• Nutriq is a logging and tracking tool only. It does not provide medical, nutrition, or fitness advice, and it is not a substitute for professional guidance.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health routines.
• You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on information shown in the app.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Nutriq or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (such as meals, recipes, and entries), but you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service.

6. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to us, the Service, or other users.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. Certain provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not make any warranties, express or implied, about the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nutriq and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to use the Service during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you use the free version only, to the extent permitted by law).

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where appropriate, we may also notify you through the app or by email.
